Advanced Roasting

In this module we combined everything what an advanced coffee roaster and coffee roasting company should know. Starting from an artisan coffee roaster and basic coffee lab equipments progressing to discussions on advanced coffee roasting strategies we combined the most required topics we received from our students in the past 3 years.

We did not forget about coffee importing. Willem will explain how does coffee get from origin to country of consumption and will elaborate on benefits and pitfalls of direct trade.
